Are the products on Ayurvedaratnam genuine?
Yes. We source directly from authorised distributors of brands including Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, Vaidyaratnam, Nectarine, and Dr. Vasishth's. Every product is sealed, batch-coded, and carries the original manufacturer's label. We do not stock grey-market or counterfeit products.
Do you stock the full range of Kottakkal and Vaidyaratnam products?
We carry a wide range of classical and proprietary Ayurvedic medicines — tablets, capsules, oils, kwatham, choornam, arishtam, and more. If a product you need is not listed, contact us and we will check availability.
Can I buy Ayurvedic medicines without a prescription?
Most classical Ayurvedic medicines are available over the counter. However, we always recommend consulting a qualified Ayurvedic physician before starting any new medicine, especially for chronic conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and is fully secure. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver across all of India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Remote areas like North-East India and island territories may take a few extra days.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
As these are medicines, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, we will replace or fully refund it. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp to 7877124410 and we will sort it immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
