Delivery time: 7–15 business days
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipient
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
